The 2025 Charlotte Asian Festival and Charlotte Dragon Boat Festival are set for Saturday, May 17 at Ramsey Creek Park on Lake Norman (Cornelius, NC).

This annual family-oriented event is a celebration of Asian cultures. We welcome the Asian and non-Asian community in and around Mecklenburg County and throughout the Carolinas. The festival celebrates Asian cultures, diversity, ethnicity, roots and history. 



NC Nails Esthetics Academy will be hosting their 2025 Beauty Bash!

The Beauty Bash will include a chance to shop local businesses, enjoy new foods, and witness incredibly talented artists showcasing their skills.

Apex Beauty Academy will be hosting their 2025 “Beauty and Business Expo”. This event brings together top industry experts and a chance to discover opportunities in the beauty and business fields! There will also be a Nail, Eyelash, and Makeup Competition.

The Vietnamese Association of Charlotte will be participating in the annual Charlotte Dragon Boat Festival. This year, VAC will compete in the dragon boat race sponsored by Wells Fargo. During the festival, we will also have a booth showcasing Vietnamese culture through artifacts, clothing, food, and games and participate in the parade wearing our traditional cultural wear, Áo dài.
